This striking, genuine and made-for-home vintage rug has a gloriously strong and bold graphic presence. An original old piece, it has been woven using hand-spun cotton with some touches of wool along the way. All on a cotton base comprising re-purposed textiles. The unusual design might reflect an interpretation of fields and simple village buildings – quite ordered and structured yet still lively and very personal.
