A glorious minimal old rug with a silky medium-length knotted pile woven in a combination of warm butter-hued and brown-charcoal 100% pure handspun wool with a soft sheen. The large central lozenge motif is made up of bands of square motifs, with this design repeated in the form of two internal borders. The edges themselves are bordered with firm charcoal wool. In lovely condition, there is some pile wear and there are some marks on the back of this glorious rug from its past life.
Size: 4.30m plus fringe by 1.91m approx or 11’1 by 6’3’’
