A dazzling hand-woven vintage carpet from the South of Morocco, in the region on the Atlantic coast. Created in thick mixed fibres, it hums with life and energy. The Berber lozenge motifs are used in different guises throughout, alongside a liberal sprinkling of other old Berber symbols. The chunky and cosy knotted pile is in good condition, with one small restoration. This is a bold and bright rug with a strong texture
