Warm and vibrant, this very typically urban Berber carpet has a loose formality and a wonderfully bold colour palette. Created in soft cotton on a cotton vase, it has the long and narrow dimensions of a carpet woven very much for personal use in aformal Berber room. The date ‘1993’ has been embedded into the weaving.
