A large and silky soft pure wool Beni Ouarain rug created in buttercream-hued wool with the design woven in dark charcoal brown. The pile is medium to long, and the rug is elevated by the addition of dark red wool in places to make out the date. It is in lovely condition, with a few small repairs that are not visible on the face and a little bleeding of the red into the cream wool over time which, again, is not very noticeable

Size: 3.50m plus fringe by 1.95m (slightly irregular shape) or 11’6’’ plus fringe by 6’5’’ approx
