All carpets and textiles are sold 'as is', according to their description and recognising that most are used and/or vintage items. This means that they will have wear, marks, restorations, and other signs of a long and practical life.  Screen or tablet displays do not always accurately show the colour and texture of a piece, so the actual items may slightly differ from what you see on your screen. In particular, creamy carpets and Beni Ouarains tend to be more buttery in tone. This is because the wool is 100% natural, unbleached and not tampered with. We prefer it this way. Dimensions are approximate sizes as Moroccan rugs are often somewhat irregular in shape

Ages shown are broad estimates only, based on experience and local information. We describe honestly imperfections and wear, all of which are part of the charm and delight of a vintage carpet, and we encourage you to look at more photographs and to ask more questions.We are here to help. Our carpets have been hand washed

You can pay via Paypal using debit or credit cards - you don't need to have a Paypal account, we will simply send you an electronic invoice. You can also pay by bank transfer or by cheque. UK VAT is payable (VAT Reg. No. 230 8948 95). 

Delivery charges are extra to the price, calculated on weight and distance. Please contact us for these costs. Delivery costs will NOT include any local or import taxes or customs duties payable for items shipped outside of the EU, which will be your responsibility, so please do take care to find out about these

This does not affect your statutory rights

We'll deliver to the address specified by you at the price quoted at the time you buy your rug. Please also give us a telephone number. All deliveries are by a courier selected by us. We try our very best to secure delivery within 7-10 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If we cannot deliver within this time we'll notify you. If we are unable to send a particular item, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund
