We are a 2-person online business based outside of London, and we currently have limited contact with others. Our rugs are kept in a storeroom that is clean. We wash our hands and disinfect the area where we wrap and handle our rugs and we routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

As we are mostly an online business we don’t handle a lot of cash

All rugs are wrapped in new paper and wrapping materials that we will then wipe down with rubbing alcohol for maximum hygiene. We suggest you unwrap your rug and discard the wrapping, then wash your hands

We use reputable couriers who follow the Government’s advice on safe delivery and safe distancing: When collecting items from our premises, the courier keeps at a distance from us; our couriers have put in place options that mean you don’t need to make personal physical contact when receiving your parcel, and you will have your parcel left in a safe place or right on your doorstep with no need to touch-sign for it. Couriers should maintain a minimum distance when delivering your package

Delivery may take a little longer than usual but we will give you a tracking number and you can follow the progress of your rug
